Before joining Transform, I was part of the team that founded the UK’s leading provider of passenger information systems for public transport. He also introduced digital channels including web, web alerts, SMS, on-street displays, and RNIB audible announcement systems to a sector that was historically slow to adopt even simple technology.

One of my most memorable achievements is meeting the Queen at a Buckingham Palace reception where the project I led, allocating late running buses priority at traffic lights, was awarded the Queen’s Award for Innovation.
