02: Development of commercial messaging for managed services portfolio
Background
O2 was looking to standardise its messaging for the managed services portfolio. Transform was asked to create a set of messages that would articulate O2’s managed services to its sales, customer and analyst communities.
What we did and how
Through desk based research of O2’s existing documentation accompanied by a series of workshops with product managers, marketing managers and sales, we reviewed the managed service portfolio offering. This enabled the development of a set of concise and clear market messages describing O2’s value propositions for the business market.
Results
A set of succinct internal and market messages, clearly articulating the value propositions of O2’s managed services to the target communities A clear understanding inside O2 about how their messaging compared with the competition and how the new messages improved their market positioning
